Hi, I was born in HK, and grow up in Brazil & Japan for 16 yrs.
I am absolutely agree with your point of view to your children's education. In our own world, all our kids are living inside the greenhouse, too much over-cares. I believe a life can be stronger like a cockroach (sure not a real one, LOL), and I believe you are giving the best thing in the world to your family's life. I am really glad to know you and wish we can have more communications.

Admin reply: Thanks a lot Wesley!

Admin reply:

更要一提 是足以令我會心微笑 ...甚至大笑的【港式用 語】;

Delightful and adventuresome voyage. We also sail extensively, but are looking to buy a Cat. Any suggestions/concerns with respect to the Manta 42?
So far, my research suggests it is one of the best built of the cats, but I wonder about the low bridgedeck clearance. Any comments most appreciated. May the wind always blow on your quarter, and your anchor never drag!
Cheers to all,
Doug and Judy

Dear Cam,

I read your book '一家帆遊' and I enjoy very much of reading it. It's so much fun. Thank you very much for sharing with us your experience.

And it is very brave of you of doing the sailing around the world. I also have a similar dream. I hope some day in the future, I could also own a boat and go sailing with my family together. The boat may not be as big as Jade (I couldn't afford to own such a big one), just big enough to have a longer trip out of Hong Kong. I have started to make my dream coming true. I am saving $, learning dingy sailing from watersport centre, looking for ways of owning a small sail (like 2nd hand sail, mooring fee, etc). Let's see some day I could also experience the sailing life.

Please send my greetings to your family and your daughters Molly and Nancy. They are so lovely.

Yours sincerely,

Nelson

Admin reply: Dear Nelson,

Sounds like you are definitely going to do it, congratulations! My husband will be very happy sharing with you. We were going to sail with our second boat, Aura, which was a lot more affordable. All the best to you, and keep in touch.

Dear Cam,
Having read your book 一家帆遊, my dream of around the world by ship is coming up. However, I do not have a lucky wife as you, she prefers to have a easy trip anywhere.
By the way, please pass my words to my ex-boss, he has done a very good gobs both in his works and with a very nice trip in Pacific of your all. Good luck and God Bless You All!
